Comprehension
Comprehension is one of the most important processes when it comes to reading. With comprehension, comes the ability to absorb what has been read. We, at Reading genie make certain that students are not merely reading, but also understanding the information so that ultimately, they can apply that knowledge to other things.
Writing
As important as reading is, writing is another critical function that students need to master. After all, writing is primarily about communication and conveying of message through written form, which is why we at reading genie try to find new and refreshing avenues for students to utilize to master the art of communication, i.e. writing.
Vocabulary
n a world where standardized testing dominates teaching approaches, we at reading genie offer students a different spin on absorbing vocabulary. We dont want our students to simply applwove ability to test taking. We want our students to know that vocabulary isn’t just memorization, but they are words that can further enhance, clarify and polish our daily expression of thoughts.
Grammar
Without language arts and rules of grammar, language is dead. It is language arts that allows words and sentences to make sense, and this is precisely our approach to teaching language arts. Once we convey to students the purpose of language arts, their understanding of the subject is easier, because they understand it’s function.
